Looking back on my life to this point, I have discovered a pattern. I experience the most joy and satisfaction when I am creating images. Drawing and painting have been favorite pastimes of mine ever since I was a young girl.

I am energized and inspired by the nature, people, textures, and colors in the world around me. I strive to capture moments in time; to reach in and touch the viewer’s heart, and perhaps reveal a part of my own heart in the process.

I graduated from the Interpretive Illustration program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario and have recently become an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists. My husband, Steve, and my son Aidan, are two of my biggest supporters.
